ZONKEY also ships for a single product. Delivery times are subject to variations during holidays (Christmas, Easter...) as the volume of shipments increases during these periods of the year.
The couriers we use for shipments are BARTOLINI. Please provide us with an address where the package can certainly be received and also provide us with a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) to give to the courier. Any number you provide to us will only be used to contact you to establish any details relating to that particular shipment.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer is required to check the accuracy of the number of packages and that the packaging is intact and unaltered.

The shipping cost varies based on the total price of the cart. The customer will be asked for a contribution for transport only for orders below €49.90 (cost of products excluding VAT and shipping costs); for orders exceeding this amount, shipments to Italy are free.
FOR A SPEND UP TO €49.90 (cost of products excluding VAT and shipping costs):

FOR A SPEND OVER OR EQUAL TO 49.90 SHIPPING WILL BE FREE.
The products purchased on ZONKEY will be delivered to you within 24/48 hours of receiving payment, for Sicily and Sardinia 1 or 2 days more.
